Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:

• Answer phones,checks and returns voice messages in a timely basis.
• Maintaining highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
• Schedule patient appointments,Hospital Procedures at the Hospital
• Patient Checkout,Collecting Balances
• Demonstrating flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment

Qualifications and Skills

• High School diploma or GED / equivalent required
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Previous medical front desk and Phone Operator experience preferred
