Job Description:
Under the direction and supervision of the Customer Service Team Lead, the Fulfillment Specialist works closely with the CSS Team to develop, implement, maintain, and communicate with international and domestic customers to fulfill any and all parts/orders. The fulfillment specialist will inspect all out going parts orders for quality and accuracy to ensure and maintain Mesa standards

Essential Duties:

• Tracks and commuicates all outside sales shipments
• Maintains customer relationships with outside logicitics agencies
• Must maintain accurate records and dates of shipments
• Ensure timely delivery to outside customer
• Provide accurate sales quotes in a timely manner
• Maintaining and coordinating correct items and quantities of parts for customer orders
• Help to develop and implement efficient procedures within the CSS Team
• All other duties and responsibilities assigned

Education:
Required:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred:

• Associate's Degree in related field

Experience:
Required:

• Customer service experience

Preferred:

• Honorably discharged service veterans
• 1 year of Mesa parts knowledge

Certifications, Licenses & Registrations:

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.
