Job Opportunity: Residential and Office Cleaning Technicians

Location: Martin & St. Lucie Counties, mainly Martin County

Starting Pay: $16/hour during training, with potential for rapid advancement based on experience, attention to detail, and performance. Most cleaning techs average $20.00+ per hour, plus tips.

About Us: We are a high-end cleaning company serving Martin and St. Lucie Counties, with a primary focus on Martin County. We are in search of reliable, energetic team members who can build positive relationships with our clients and fellow team members. A positive attitude and meticulous attention to detail are essential traits for this role. Our typical teams consist of two members, and you will be assigned a set route. However, occasionally, you may work alone or assist another team.

Weekly pay via Direct Deposit.
Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual for Full-Time employees starting from day one, eligible for use after 90 days of employment. Additionally, you are eligible for 8 hours of PTO in your Birthday Month after 90 days of employment.

Centrally located office in Stuart with snacks, drinks, and camaraderie available.
Flexible Schedule: Most schedules do not require nights and weekends unless you prefer commercial accounts, in which case, we can consider you for night and weekend shifts as we add more commercial accounts to our schedules.
You only need to visit the office once a week after training to pick up and drop off supplies. Your typical workday will start at 8:00am at the first job and end when the last job of the day is completed, usually sometime between 4:00-5:00pm. We make every effort to minimize travel time between jobs, and travel time is also paid at $16/hour. Not having to start and end at the office daily offers you greater flexibility in your schedule and the potential to go home earlier most days.

Requirements:

Your own transportation with up-to-date insurance for traveling between job sites.
Reliable phone service.
The ability to lift 35 pounds, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties.
Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently.
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States. We use E-Verify to verify documents submitted on the I-9 form.
Must be able to pass a background check.
