Target Earnings: $80,000 – $180,000 with commissions and bonus
Compensation Overview
Salary Base Pay Range
$42,323 to $74,129 (CA, NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)
The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.
Supplemental Pay Types
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Uncapped earning potential with monthly commission and bonus incentives
- Inbound phone calls
- Quote multiple lines of insurance with multiple carriers in all states.
- Respond timely and follow-up to customer inquiries in an effort to finalize the sale.
- Provide an excellent customer experience by building rapport, gathering information, and create a positive high-level customer experience in a fast-paced structured environment.
- Communicate with customers to better determine specific insurance needs, offer consultative solutions and make appropriate recommendations.
- Work towards pre-defined individual performance objectives based on productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate knowledge on carrier guidelines.
- Remain current on product offerings and company procedures.
- Strong and persuasive sales skills with an ability to overcome objections and close.
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task, be collaborative, and use sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
- Successfully complete company-provided training.
- Sales-driven and goal oriented with a focus on achieving sales success.
- Passion for people and developing sales relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Technologically savvy with ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
- Desire and dedication for a long-term professional career.
- Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Active Resident Property & Casualty license.
- Personal Lines Insurance sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions.
- Remote office internet connection via Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Cable Modem.
- High-speed internet access required.
