What you’ll do…

Supervise and lead by example to uphold safety and GMP standards
Oversee preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance of production equipment
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operations and reduce costs
Analyze KPIs and work orders to prioritize repairs and improvements
Coordinate with teams to build proactive maintenance schedules and maintain compliance

What you’ll need...

One of the following:
- Bachelor's Degree with five (5) years previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, OR
- High school diploma or equivalent with eight (8) years previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
Two (2) years specific experience performing maintenance and equipment reliability
Strong interpersonal skills and is accessible and approachable
