Reclaiming Our Wellness an expanding private practice in Miramar, Fl, is looking for full time Mental Health Therapists to join our group practice. We currently offer telehleath services with plans of expansion into an office space where the expectation will be hybrid. Requirements include being fully licensed in the State of Florida with 1 year post independent licensure experience, preferably with private practice experience, registered with CAQH preferred, and paneled with Aetna or United Healthcare. Compensation is percentage based on income received (48%-51%), and paid out twice a month. Therapist must have desire to work in Maternal Mental Health and have a niche(s) (EMDR, trauma, newly postpartum, etc.). and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community. Reclaiming Our Wellness provides a steady stream of referrals as well. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, bring positivity and innovation. Candidate will be contractor status.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Provide counseling and support to clients dealing with various mental health issues
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Stay current on best practices in mental health therapy
Requirements are:
*Current State of Florida license as an LCSW, LMFT or LMHC preferred
*Willing to work up to 30hrs hours per week (Some evenings)
*Minimum 1 years post independent licensure
*Paneled with Aetna or United Healthcare a plus
*Prior private practice experience is a plus
