Your Specific Responsibilities:
Acts as Deputy Registrar for DOH-Pasco. Ensure customers are promptly served. Provided direct services to the public requesting copies of Vital Records, as needed. Respond promptly to telephone requests regarding certified copies of birth certificates, as well other information requested. Monitor and reviews all fax request for completeness and compliance. Assigns faxed birth and death certificate request to Deputy registrars. Responsible for balancing cash drawer and deposit of all fees collected daily. Daily monitoring of safety paper usage for compliance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Customer Service
• Handling Cash and Credit transactions
• Office Equipment: computer, scanner, fax, credit terminal, calculator, copy machine, etc.
• Experience working with confidential information.

High school or GED

Work Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (8:00 am -5:00 pm).
Work Schedule: Part time: 3 days / 24 hours per week.
