You'll Make A Big Impact On Our Warehouse Team
Infinity Tools has an immediate opening for the right 'team player' to help us in our Warehouse Operations. The best person for this role will be someone who has has a proven track record in warehouse operations and has a high level of customer service skill. This position will start ASAP and is part-time from M-F, 9am-1pm. It will transition to full-time in November as our season starts and will likely remain that way through May or June of 2025.
You'll be contributing to warehouse operations and you'll enjoy a variety of responsibilities during the workday. A typical work day will be pulling, packing and shipping orders as well as light assembly and receiving inventory. Our average shipment weighs around 5 lbs so no heavy lifting is required. Experience with Fedex, USPS and UPS shipping software is a big plus. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and is willing to take on additional responsibilities as you prove yourself to be a valuable part of our team.

You must possess:

• Knowledge of woodworking tools very helpful
• At least two years of warehouse operations experience
• At least two year of proven customer service excellence
• A friendly personality that comes across in both phone and email conversations
• Above average written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and a highly organized mindset
• Ability to take notes and work independently to complete a variety of tasks

You’ll also need:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Professional experience in picking, packing and shipping small to medium sized packages.
• Knowledge of woodworking products and practices OR a background working with specialized tools is a big plus.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Replying to customer questions and concerns via email
• Answering support questions via our online ticketing system
• Picking, packing and shipping orders in our warehouse
