Outpatient Clinical Services Manager

Responsibilities:Outpatient OPEN hours:
Monday-Friday 9:00am- 6:00pm

The responsibilities of the OP-CSM are to plan, oversee, and manage the operations of Outpatient Services, working closely with social services, education, nursing, business development and the business office including budgeting, fiscal management, program operations, compliance, and strategic planning. This position collaborates with other members of Leadership to attain a level of clinical excellence as indicated in the Willow Springs Center mission. This position is part of a team tasked to lead and take ownership for every aspect of fiscal operation and service delivery. This position is an essential part of the guiding force of Willow Springs Center.

About Universal Health Services
Qualifications: EDUCATION: Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or similar field.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health treatment setting preferred. DBT training a plus.
LICENSURE: Must possess licensure as an LCSW, LCPC or Marriage and Family Therapist. Will be required to submit evidence of licensure at the time of interview.
