This position is hybrid, out of our Paramus or Cedar Grove, NJ office. We are looking for a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor to work with the Adult and Older Adult population with daytime sessions available. Medical and dental benefits available, if interested.
Fees for non-Medicare clients can be discussed. Baker Street's other office locations are in Fair Lawn, Morristown, Lebanon, and Jersey City. Our clinicians are seeing patients via telehealth services when requested. If you are licensed in multiple states, Baker Street is seeing patients across the country.

Clinician Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective therapeutic services and be knowledgeable of current techniques
• Accurately evaluates and efficiently identifies strengths and needs
• Effectively communicates information in verbal and written forms
• Observes and assess patient's progress and prepare detailed reports in a timely manner
• Completes written work relevant to evaluation, therapy, and patient coordination in a timely manner
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams & contributes to team effort

About you:

• Hold a valid license to practice (Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LPC) in NJ
• Have current malpractice coverage
• Able to treat a range of ages, abilities, and disorders that present in adulthood and older adulthood
• Have strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to independently implement programming
• Self-motivated with a willingness to exceed patient expectations
