Work / Life balance! We work Monday to Thursday 10 hour shifts. Our day shift works 5 am to 3 pm while our night shift works from 3 pm to 1 am. There are occasional opportunities for overtime on Fridays. The weekends are yours to spend with your family or enjoy a hobby.

Responsibilities:

Safely work as a team to ensure efficient operation of automated and manual pallet assembly equipment
Assemble pallets with new and recycled components
Occasionally use a forklift
Understand quality, and customer requirements for the finished products

Qualifications:

Must provide proper identification to legally work in the United States
Have a high school diploma or equivalent life experience
Must have a bank account that can be used for direct deposit
Must be able to continuously lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus
Prefer to have the ability to safely and knowledgeably operate a pneumatic nail gun, and basic hand tools
Previous Forklift Certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
