Part time Janitorial Worker

We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning, maintenance and security duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

General cleaning of building, keeping it maintained and in good condition
Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas.
Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors.
Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas.
Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.
Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Keep cleaning supplies in stock
Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervision
Complete necessary trainings as required

Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
High integrity required.
