Our Product Line Leader will manage a team of 4 Product Line Representatives responsible for creating, tracking, and monitoring all activities related to gas turbine engine products.

Job Duties:

• Analyze contracts and contract renewals, developing customer solutions and maximizing use of internal tools to keep the organization informed.
• Execute assets and parts evaluations, to include any Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airworthiness Directives / OEM Service Bulletins and their impact on potential sales.
• Design and implement various sales and advertising strategies for existing and new products to drive sales growth and improve margin.
• Strategically evaluate inventory health and actively seek to reduce inventory holding times through cycle count improvements.
• Work closely with the build program team to ensure material kitting and management of parts required to support MRO engine activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Aviation related field.
• Experience with one or all of the following engines: V2500, CF6-80, PW4000, CFM56-5/7, engine model and engine QEC and LRU components.
• A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) FAA License preferred.
• 5 Years experience managing sales and inventory activities for V2500 series, CF6-80C2/80E, CFM56 series, and/or PW4000 series engine models including engine QEC and LRU components.
• Demonstrated success in sales, market sourcing, pricing, repair management and engine inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point and other MS Office products. Quantum experience a plus.
• Must be able to travel up to 15%.
