Positions include:

• Production Coordinator (PC) Support: The PC shall possess a bachelor’s degree in media production, communications, or marketing and (7) collective years of commercial industry experience focusing on commercial media operations, administration, and project coordination. Additionally, shall be proficient with a variety of software applications including standard Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and Outlook.

• Graphic Illustrator Support: The GIS shall possess a bachelor’s degree in art or graphic design and four (4) years of experience in publishing or graphic design environment.

* Capable of providing hand-drawn sketches/illustrations.
* Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Flash, After effects, and Dreamweaver.
* Proficient in photo editing.

• 3D Graphic Artist Support: The GAS shall possess a bachelor’s degree in art or graphic design and six (6) years of experience in publishing or graphic design environment.

* Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Flash, After Effects, and Dreamweaver.
* Proficient in Maya, or other 3d Modeling and scene creating Software. The contractor shall be familiar with motion capture.
* Work experience using computer aided design (CAD) software.

• Motion Graphics Animator / Composition Support: The MGA/CS shall possess a bachelor’s degree in Motion Media Design, motion design or visual effects and have six (6) years’ experience in the respective field.

* Experience with Aftereffects Adobe Premier.
* Familiarity with Illustrator, In Design, and Photoshop.
* Familiarity with Cinema4D, Blender, and Maya family of software.
* Proficient in Adobe Premier and or other video editing software.

• Senior Videographer/Editor Support: The SV/ES shall possess a bachelor’s degree in the discipline areas of Performing Arts / Multi-media /Communication and eight (8) years of experience in the respective field. Personnel must also possess a current passport to travel aboard

* Experience in all phases of feature-length program creation including but not limited to development, pre- production, production, and post-production activities; be experienced at operating field and studio audio visual equipment, configuring, and operating advanced video camera systems, operating editing equipment and post-production software packages to create network-quality programs of varying lengths.
* Knowledgeable of computer technology and the technical processes involved.
* Ability to edit with Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on Adobe Premiere on both large -and small-scale projects, an understanding of software that supports interactive media design, experience in studio productions and script writing.
* Working knowledge of Adobe Premier/After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
* Able to provide assistance to include classroom instruction, advanced techniques training, creative development practical exercise, and full demonstrations of skill sets related to Videography, Lighting, and various industry standard filming techniques.

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) Wrangler / Software Interface Engineering Support: The AIW shall possess a bachelor’s degree in multi-media design, art, graphics design, computer science, or a related field and four (4) years of experience in the respective field. The AI interface Expert shall also have at least two (2) years’ experience in designing multi-media products leveraging artificial intelligence to create those products.

* Able to produce a broad range of multi-media products manage and execute every phase of the production process in order to bring it from concept to a final level of quality consistent with professional broadcast standards for mass consumption.
* Able to take broad conceptual guidance from stakeholders and use their expertise, broadcast experience, and judgment to develop multimedia products. To recommend the best approach leveraging AI to complete the task with available resources.
* Able to research available and upcoming AI to provide pathways to leveraging such tools in the completion of current and future products.
* Provide expertise in identifying AI generated content and implementing pathways to incorporating AI generated content into requested products.
* Provide expertise to the contracted team and soldiers in using AI to get the best possible outcome for combining AI generated material into live action or computer-generated productions.
* Provide assistance to include classroom instruction, advanced techniques training, creative development practical exercise, and full demonstrations of skill sets related to motion graphics, design, and style leveraging AI.

• Web Designer and Programming Support: The WDPS shall possess a bachelor’s degree in web programming and five (5) years of experience. An advanced degree in any of the following disciplines is preferred: Computer programming, communications, graphic arts, writing and digital multimedia communications.

* Possess the necessary web technology familiarity and coding skills required to develop, coordinate, design, build and maintain interactive, media-rich websites and prototype multimedia products for multi-regional audiences.
* Have an understanding of data mining and statistical modeling used to support target audience identification and segmentation and be capable of analyzing this data to develop and determine measures of performance and effectiveness for projects and programs.
* Have knowledge of industry best practices and solutions for hosted web solutions (websites) as well as digital media solutions to include email, short message service (SMS) and multimedia messaging service (MMS) which include advanced segmentations techniques as well as dynamic content assembly.
* Proficient in Java Script, Java, HTML, CSS, Python, PHP, Ruby, Swift, C++, and C.
Qualifications: All

• Must be a U.S Citizen
• Minimum Fluently speak, read, and write English
• Ability to work in a high tempo, high stress environment with minimal oversight
• Possess current (no later than two years old) certifications in the following:

- Visual design Using Adobe Photoshop
- Graphic Design & illustration using Adobe Illustrator
- Digital Video Using Adobe premiere Pro
- Visual Effects & Motion Graphics using Adobe After Effects.
