Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Resort Manager to lead our hospitality team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of resort operations, including guest services, hotel management, and revenue management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record of driving business growth. Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including guest services, hotel management, and revenue management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance the overall resort experience.
- Manage a team of hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping staff, and hospitality professionals.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests receive personalized attention.
- Conduct regular guest surveys to gather feedback and make improvements to the resort's facilities and services.
- Work closely with the human resources department to recruit and train new staff members.
- Develop and manage the resort's budget, ensuring that expenses are kept in line with revenue goals.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize resort operations.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a resort setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest relations and customer service.
- Experience in revenue management and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue.
- Knowledge of hospitality management and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Familiarity with human resources principles and practices, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in hospitality or hotel management is an asset.

Pay: $190,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
