Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Front Office Rooms Controller is primarily responsible for room inventory to maximize selling opportunities at the Front Office. This includes assigning room blocks for groups and guest preferences. Front Office Hosts rely on the Rooms Controllers ability to manage the inventory and analyze reports. This role has a direct impact on guest fulfillment with room accommodations. Additionally, the Front Office Rooms Controller must assist in the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions.

This position is a Supervisor-level role, as the ideal Candidate would be assisting the Front Office Supervisors in ensuring the Front Desk operates smoothly. This role is mainly an administrative role and reports directly to the Front office manager.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have experience and thorough understanding of Front Office operations.
• Previous Front Office experience required at Supervisor level or above.
• Must have flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
