Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sanitation Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the sanitation staff, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in our facility.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning and sanitizing of all areas
- Train, schedule, and manage sanitation staff
- Inspect work performed to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Handle sanitation-related complaints or requests
Experience
- Previous experience in food manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Familiarity with custodial practices in hotel settings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
