Scheduling Coordinator Opportunity
As Scheduling Coordinator, you will work closely with management to serve as the contact person for all scheduling needs within the clinical area. This full-time, day shift opportunity offers 40 hours per week and full benefits.

The Scheduling Coordinator collaborates with the Milieu Manager, Director of Nursing, and Nurse Manager to coordinate an effective, efficient scheduling pattern.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare two-week schedule for units based on specified staffing pattern; schedule orienting staff with preceptors for orientation
• Collaborate with management in establishing an effective system for call-offs, overtime, and reporting callouts; replace and report call-outs in a prompt manner, arranging additional staff as needed
• Monitor staff absenteeism and tardiness; monitor scheduled staff hours, as well as staff requirement for PRN shifts

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred
• Experience of 1+ year in clinical staff scheduling required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to successfully perform in a fast-paced work environment
