Core Responsibilities
-
Coordinate with raw meat supplier regarding raw meat receiving and scheduling.
-
Offload raw meat trucks and complete appropriate paperwork.
-
Load all finished product trucks and complete appropriate paperwork.
-
Oversee tanker filling operations and tank cleaning.
-
Operate metal detector.
-
Stack boxes onto pallets and use wrapping machine to secure pallets.
-
Scan all boxes into inventory sheets.
-
Complete all outbound tanker and outbound product paperwork, such as Contract of Affreightment (COA), Bill of Lading (Bo L).

Complete finished product and dry goods inventories weekly.

Coordinate with ASFG-Corporate staff daily to ensure inventory and truck needs align with ASFG-OC production.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2+ years of related experience.

Computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, required.

Ability to operate an electric pallet jack and forklift, required.

Lifting of 65lb boxes overhead, required.

Must be able to read, write and speak English.

B i-lingual in Spanish and English Requiered.
