Greenawalt Hospitality is looking to hire Talented Tailgate Bartenders for the upcoming Fall 2024 Football season to provide premium hospitality at tailgates, concessions, and suites at various football games at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.

Bartenders will be Responsible for:

Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for customers
Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
Checking every customer’s identification and confirming they are legal drinking age.
Assisting in setup and breakdown of bar stations and other equipment
Maintaining a Positive and Calm Attitude while working events
Maintaining a clean workstation by removing trash, cleaning bar, and organizing products
Processing and receiving payments through POS and ensuring customers receive correct change if applicable.

To Become a Bartender, you must:

Be available to work events on Saturday during Football season before kickoff.
Be 21 years of age or older.
Complete Online Company Training (Company Facilitated)
Complete SERV Safe Certification Courses Upon Hire (Company Facilitated)
Have a reliable device to check messages and emails frequently.
Have reliable transportation.
Be able to retain product information to relay to consumers.
Show Great Attention to Details
Have Excellent Written & Verbal Skills
Be on time and manage time wisely.
Be able to lift and transport 30 pounds or more of products and equipment.
Be able to stand for at least four hours or more.

Compensation

$12/hour + Opportunities for Tips and Event Gratuity
Travel/Gas Reimbursement (Under Certain Conditions)
