THE POSITION:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the full-cycle recruiting process at STACK in close collaboration across departments with a focus on rapid growth across technical and construction roles in the US and Canada. This includes talent scheduling, screening, and supporting the transition process to onboarding to create an amazing candidates to join our team.
Responsibilities:
  • Focus on supporting recruiting and reviewing resumes for office-based and technical positions
  • Support creation of job postings and interview criteria for recruiting assessment & selection processes across STACK Americas
  • Actively advertise and attract candidates for new positions, including across social media, our website, job boards, Linked In, and industry networking and events
  • Create & maintain job postings in compliance with state and federal legislation
  • Support the development of consistent hiring practices, with a focus on diversity and equity in recruiting
  • Support a comprehensive push-pull hiring strategy with detailed reporting
  • Work in collaboration with the People & Culture and Marketing teams to cultivate our employer brand, including through Linked In and Glassdoor

THE DETAILS:
  • Location: Denver, CO - in office 4 days per week
  • Travel: Up to 10%
  • Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 + bonus
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must pass a comprehensive background screening
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in recruiting or human resources teams, preferably supporting candidates
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
  • Experience in selection processes and interview methods
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
