Mad City Windows and Baths, a company backed by Renuity, is hiring a temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team in Louisville, KY with a base pay between $16/hr to $18/hr. What You’ll Do:

Answer a multi-line phone system
Welcome incoming customers, visitors and potential employees
Maintain and update the company database and calendars
Act as the office liaison connecting departments, vendors and staff members
Enforce standards and guidelines within the office
General office tasks including, but not limited to: filing, making job packets, reminder phone calls, distributing mail, office supply inventory and cleaning the front area

What You’ll Bring:

A High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous administrative or clerical experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal communications skills
Ability and desire to learn new things
A positive attitude
Willingness to go the extra mile!
