Travel Services Associate

REDPOINT RESOLUTIONS IS SEEKING QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR TRAVEL SERVICES TEAM
REMOTE WORK THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Travel Services Associates are the face of the Redpoint Team and a crucial pathway into the full the range of Redpoint Travel Protection services. Utilizing a dynamic contact center multi-media phone system, Travel Service team members monitor and receive inbound phone and email. Team members will provide the following specific duties:
  • Support sales requests by noting accurate information within case and assigning to appropriate team for review
  • Provide technical support to enable online client purchases and process new sales via credit card transactions.
  • Obtain timely and accurate information and direct inquires to the appropriate teams to provide seamless assistance service for traveling clients
  • Advise claimant on the claim process and direct inquires to the appropriate claims team
  • Perform outbound phone calls and emails in response to previous inquires
  • Perform assigned tasks for assistance and sales cases
  • Obtain and maintain individual travel insurance license
REQUIREMENTS:
  • High attention to detail with ability to adopt business processes to provide consistent and compliant customer service in a remote setting
  • Organized self-starters capable of meeting deadlines without direct supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft products to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Ability to work non-standard hours which may include occasional weekends, holidays or evening periods
  • Dedicated space conducive for communicating with clients and colleagues without excessive outside noise or distracting environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with ethernet connectivity and greater than 25 ↓ 10 ↑ mbps available for Redpoint related functions
  • Availability to participate in video calls, to include trainings and weekly team meetings
  • Familiarity with network, Wi-Fi, and internet functionalities to independently maintain consistent remote connectivity
Ideal Candidates
  • Previous experience with Salesforce of similar CRM
  • Previous call center experience
  • Bachelor's degree
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
  • Compensation based on previous experience and skills with room for performance-based adjustments

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
