We are seeking a distinguished VIP Door Manager to play a pivotal role in maintaining the elite ambiance of our luxury establishment. As the VIP Door Manager, you will be responsible for managing guest entry during peak hours, ensuring that our valued members, hotel guests, and restaurant patrons receive a warm and seamless welcome that reflects the exclusivity and prestige of The Global Ambassador Hotel.


What You’ll Do
  • VIP Reception: Greet and welcome VIP guests, members, and restaurant patrons, ensuring their entry experience aligns with the luxury standards of The Global Ambassador.
  • Atmosphere Maintenance: Enforce the hotel's elegance code, handling any guest concerns with tact and professionalism to preserve the upscale environment.
  • Queue Management: Efficiently manage guest flow during high-traffic periods, maintaining order and minimizing wait times while ensuring the exclusivity of the venue.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the concierge and security teams to enhance the overall guest experience, offering personalized service that reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Professional Presence: Maintain a poised and polished appearance, embodying the sophistication and discretion required in a luxury setting.


Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or luxury customer service is preferred, with a strong emphasis on charm and professionalism.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal communication and attention to detail, with the ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly and confidently.
  • Professionalism: A steadfast commitment to upholding the hotel's prestigious reputation, with an impeccable and refined appearance.
