Since 1978, Modern Maintenance has provided commercial janitorial and facility management services to a wide range of companies across the United States. We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to help oversee janitorial staff.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Pay is $22/hr.
The responsibilities of a Janitorial Supervisor include:

• Supervision of on-site janitorial staff
• Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Helping plan and prepare work schedules
• Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
• Maintaining accurate records
• Working with Area Manager to ensure quality standards are met
• Other job duties as needed

This is a working position. Cleaning required.

• Empty trash containers
• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify Area Manager of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required
