Delaney Gallagher, Managing Director:
  • How long with NM? 7+ years.
  • Previous job/career/business experience? Director of football operations at CAL and corporate sponsorships for USC athletics. Played college baseball at St. Mary’s College in the Bay Area.
  • Why came to NM? Passion for leadership from day one and a desire to run his own office.
  • Passionate about outside of work? Family, including three kids, golfing, and loves any and all sports, plus spending most weekends involved in kids' activities.
Kristen Muranyi, Financial Representative:
  • How long with NM? Just under 2 years.
  • Previous job/career/business experience? Head of Women’s Division at Titleist and a golf pro, also a collegiate athlete in golf and hockey.
  • Main reason for joining NM? Wanted to transition from the golf industry to pursue uncapped earnings potential and growth, with a love for numbers.
  • Passionate about? Her son, providing a great life for her family, and playing golf.
Tony Lagomarsino, Financial Advisor:
  • How long with NM? 3+ years.
  • Previous job/career/business experience? Worked for 12 years at Equinox Fitness Club as an Area Manager for San Diego and Orange County.
  • Why joined NM? Desired more time with his family and more income potential in the local area, moving to a stable industry.
  • Passionate about? Spending time with his wife and two daughters, loves golf, running (recently completed a half marathon), and living life.
Position Overview: As a Wealth Consultant you will play a critical role in helping clients secure their financial futures through comprehensive insurance solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Client Assessment: Evaluate clients' financial needs and goals to recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Customized Solutions: Develop personalized insurance plans that align with clients' long-term financial strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering continuous support and advice as their needs evolve.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest insurance products and industry trends to provide clients with the best options available.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all recommendations and sales comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Benefits:
  • Strong Earnings Potential: Combining first year income and unlimited upside.You will have the opportunity to earn up to $42,500 in a first year stipend, ensuring you an income for putting in the work and meeting the position’s requirements. Plus, unlimited variable compensation based on outcomes achieved.

Earnings Potential with Our Network Office:
  • Low End: $70K in the first year.
  • High End: $250K+ in the first year.
Long-Term Earnings Potential:
  • Average of Career Advisors (5+ years): $500K annually.
  • Top 25%: $1M annually.
  • Top 10%: $2.2M annually.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
