Position Overview:
Join Rinse Cleaning as a Window Cleaning Technician and take on independent routes to deliver high-quality window cleaning services for residential and commercial clients. You'll work solo, using company-provided tools, resources, and vehicles to ensure top-notch service. You'll also have opportunities to recommend and upsell additional cleaning services, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence in home and business care.
Our pay structure is designed to reward self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thorough individuals. With performance-based compensation, there’s no cap on what you can earn per hour!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
- Maintain high cleaning standards while working safely and efficiently.
- Distribute marketing materials and provide quotes to potential clients.
- Uphold our company values and standards of excellence.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in window cleaning or a related field is a plus, but not required.
