Seeking a seasoned charter Capitan for 103ft/31M M/Y
Base: Liveaboard position, currently Ft. Lauderdale
Charter Areas: Florida, Caribbean
Minimum License Requirements: Master 200GT
Responsibilities:

• Operate and navigate the vessel safely along planned routes. Familiar
• Knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting, record log keeping
• Manage all aspects of the yacht's operations and crew including upkeep, budgeting, and safety, charter preparation, provisioning, cleaning
• Collaborate with the Stew, Mate and Chef (as required) to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for the owner and guests.
• Administrative record keeping and social media experience a plus

Requirements:

• Open to US & Non US citizens
• Must hold 200GT minimum
• Minimum 3+ years experience in yacht operations in a similar-sized (or larger) vessel.
• Is responsible for the safe care and operation of the yacht and guests, aboard a typical 7 day live-aboard charter yacht vacation
• Fun, professional attitude

Compensation:

• Dependent on experience + Tips
• Live aboard (No rent or utilities cost)
• Food and Beverage allowance
