<Job Responsibilities>

• Identifying and sourcing potential clients and partners for rental/ lease of apartments in Ho Chi Minh City
• Introducing and showing properties to clients based on their requirements
• Preparing quotations, contracts, and other necessary documents for clients and partners
• Reviewing rental/ service fees, tracking accounts receivable, and sending payment requests to clients regularly
• Reporting regularly or on-demand to direct supervisors and headquarters in Hanoi
• Building a database of potential companies/partners to introduce services
• Gaining a deep understanding of available apartments and services in Ho Chi Minh City, especially new properties
• Handling urgent requests and resolving issues for clients
• Collaborating with the team to meet business goals.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: 24 – 30
• Gender: Any
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Language: Japanese - Business Level (equivalent to N2)
• Experience/ Skills:
• Having Sales experience in any industry
• Presentable appearance and self-care awareness
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
• Handling other tasks as assigned by the office in Ho Chi Minh City or management.
