<Job Responsibilities>

• Implement security measures for each ASEAN company in cooperation with the Japan headquarters
• Address cyber-security issue
• Install and configure IT devices' hardware, and software, arranging network
• Provide IT technical support & handle all IT-related matters in our ASEAN company
• Respond promptly to handle issues and requests
• Investigate the root cause of the accident and make improvements
• Estimate, Order, and accept all of IT devices(PC/Printer/Software/Network, etc) for new store.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: At least 27 years old.
• Gender: Any
• Education: University graduate majoring in Information Technology or related field required
• Language: English and Japanese - Business Level
• Experience:
• - Experience in work, more than 2 years in the IT industry or BPO industry for IT
• - Experience in troubleshooting for networks for more than 1 year or, basic knowledge about networks (CCNA or some NW certification holder is preferred)
• Knowledge: IT BASIC SKILL ( PC / Printer / Network )
• Skills:
• - Great multitasking skills smoothly & calmly in any difficult situation
• - Good at logical thinking

Pay: 25,000,000₫ - 30,000,000₫ per month
