<Job Responsibilities>

• Hands-on management: Will be directly involved in sales activities.
• Future leadership: Expected to eventually oversee the entire sales department.
• It is important to do steady work such as visiting customers and making proposals.
• Customer management: Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business.
• Product proposals: Propose construction materials to potential clients.
• Quotations and contracts: Handle quotations and contract negotiations.
• Team development: Mentor and develop team members.
• Reporting and strategy: Report to supervisor and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Age: 30-50 years old.
• Gender: Any
• Language: Japanese or English for internal communication.
• Experience:
• 5 years experience in sales of construction materials (trading companies, manufacturers, furniture, interior construction, homebuilders)
• Have leadership or management experience.
• Personality: Ability to persevere in challenging environments.
