<Job Responsibilities>

• Check all the documents relevant to the purchase
• Ensure payment requests, invoices, and support documents relating to Accounts payables are completely filed & approved by the appropriate level of management.
• Collect VAT invoices and Record AP, AR transactions into Accounting system.
• Check and input sales entries into accounting system and issue VAT invoices.
• Follow up on collecting debt
• Allocate Pre-paid expenses
• Record fixed assets and calculate monthly depreciation expense.
• Follow up and record accrual entries.
• Calculate and Declare FCT tax.
• Inventory count at month-end and year-end.
• Assist Chief Accounting with month-end closing.
• Store accounting documents.
• Prepare monthly cashflow report, compare actual costs with budgets.
• Support and provide document evidence for annual audit
• Support in preparing CIT declaration and Transfer Pricing documents.
• Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Age: 23~25
• Gender: Any
• Language: English - Conversational Level
• Experience:
• - 1 year experience as an AP Accountant
• - Knowledge of: accounting standards / accounting law / bookkeeping / tax / finance
• - Proficiency in Accounting software
