- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～20,000,000VND
Responsibility
- Manage all import-export business activities of the import-export department.
- Prepare import-export settlement reports.
- Respond to customs inspections, and respond to related tax refund business.
- Conduct communication transactions with suppliers, customers, shipping lines, forwarders, and express delivery companies... related to import-export business.
- Check and issue documents related to import-export activities (invoice, packing list...).
- In charge of tasks related to purchasing business.
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: College diploma, and above in major related to import-export field
・Gender: Any
・Age: From 27 years old
・Language: English at Business level
・Experience:
- Have at least 4 years of working experience in import-export operations, AND at least 2 years as the team leader in the import-export department.
<Preferable personality>
- Having experience in import and export at Japanese manufacturing companies and experience in preparing annual customs settlement reports.
- Can speak Japanese is a big plus
