<Job Responsibilities>

• General system development (all processes from coordination with clients, design, development, testing, maintenance and operation)
• Analyze the client's apparent and latent issues and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with all resources for the assigned projects
• Manage the progress, quality, and profitability of each project.
• Communicate with Japanese counterparts.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Education: bachelor degree
• Language
• - Japanese: Business (equivalent to N2)
• - English: Conversational (Internal conversation, mainly reading and writing emails and documents)
• Experience: 3-10 years of development experience (any development language or environment is acceptable)
• Must have a love of program development.
• Must like to learn new things.
