Ninety Eight is looking for a dedicated Business Development who is highly knowledgeable about Web3. In addition, you will develop business projects, building and maintaining the crypto community and relationships as well as effectively negotiating partnerships.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities
• Negotiate and execute partnerships
• Engage with the crypto builders to understand the wants and needs of the community
• Collect partners' feedback and work with the product team to identify and develop new opportunities, and business cases
• Build and execute a business proposals by having a deep understanding of our peers and competitor positioning as well as the emerging crypto landscape
• Benchmark and understanding of the competitive landscape
• Work closely with other teams on new ways of driving growth

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, with a proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Good understanding and passion for the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance (De Fi)
• Excellent Professional English spoken and written skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for Web3 technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach to effectively work with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Strong project management skills to effectively handle multiple initiatives.
• Previous experience providing mentorship and leadership guidance is a plus.
