JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our international expansion efforts. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and closing deals. If you have exceptional communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a proven track record in business development, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Utilize social media platforms (such as Linked In), email, and cold calling techniques to identify and engage potential prospects.
• Manage a team of 20-30 members, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide customized solutions.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations and successful project execution.
• Develop and implement efficient word processes and best practices to streamline operations for all staff members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in international markets, demonstrating a solid understanding of global business dynamics.
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth.
• Strong management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software .

WORKING TIME (choose one of these shifts below)

• Monday - Friday: 21:00 - 6:00
• Monday - Friday: 13:00 - 22:00

WORKING PLACE: An Phu Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to 40,000,000₫ per month
