Your Role
Join our globally distributed Company Experience team as a Company Success Executive at Virtual Internships, your primary role will be to enhance the success of our internship programs and ensure satisfaction from our host companies.
This position is ideal for those who are adept at managing complex relationships and passionate about supporting youth employability as well as solving business problems.
The role will start as a 3-month full-time contract role, with potential to become permanent dependent on performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
Working in a team of high-performing Company Success Executives, you will be involved in managing and supporting host companies to deliver successful remote internships. Responsibilities will include:- Partnering with host companies to ensure the provision of comprehensive support and guidance on remote internship best practices, aiming to facilitate successful internship experiences.
- Engaging in proactive collaboration with both the Company Experience Team and the Intern Experience Management Team to coach host companies on effective internship management, including pre-internship preparations and regular check-ins.
- Collecting pre and post-internship evaluations to maintain and enhance internship quality.
- Acting as a mediator to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise, ensuring a smooth and productive internship experience for all parties involved.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with host companies, encouraging their continued interest in providing future intern placements by showcasing the mutual benefits of a successful partnership.
- Becoming a brand ambassador with knowledge and understanding of our mission and product
- 100% collection rate of Supervisor Evaluation forms monthly
- Target alignment with internal quality metrics
- Positive feedback scores from the host companies & internship participants
- High satisfaction level from the companies (NPS)

A “regular” day might be a morning spent syncing with your colleagues in India and Vietnam, before an afternoon of meetings with companies in South Africa, France, Sweden, and then later in the day you'll join a webinar for our host companies based in Americas. It really does happen all the time!
Your Attributes
- Fluency in English (you don't need an IELTS, but if you did it would be 7.0+)
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced high-growth startup
- Ability to work with targets and KPIs.

- Organised and detail oriented, as you'll be providing regular progress reports to the Head of Host Company Experience
- Have at least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in B2B account management, customer success management and/or advising and consulting experience
- Have a working knowledge of remote working tools and “tips” such as Google Workspace apps and are adaptable to learning CRM or other technology
- Know what a great remote internship should look like, have good convincing skills and are persistent at advising suggestions and solutions to companies hosting interns
- Passion for Education and Career Development for the young generation
- Experience of studying/working abroad or strong empathy towards our end users
