HRIS Specialist will work with the head office HRIS team to maintain and support the functionality of Workday within the Vietnam business, including the rollout of new features and increasing the utilization current tools.
The role is also responsible for assisting with the documentation of system processes and procedures and the creation of training material.

• Continuously update and maintain organizational charts within Workday to accurately reflect team structures across departments, segments, regions.
• Conduct regular audits of the HRIS system to ensure its maintenance and data integrity.
• Partner with HR, Technical, Finance, and Data Analysis teams to deliver guidance, troubleshoot issues, and explore opportunities for integrating new data into Workday to enhance business compatibility.
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to enable stakeholders to access necessary data efficiently.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system / data issues
• Audit the HRIS system to maintain the system and provide data integrity
• Support continuous improvement projects, such as improving Workday processes, workflows, integrations, and data security
• Work with internal People & Culture team members to provide coaching, troubleshooting, instruction, and guidance on the use of the HRIS system
• Key team member to test Workday system for implementations, upgrades, or process changes, using standard methods for testing, documentation and change management
• Execute additional tasks as directed by management.

Requirements:

• University degree
• English proficiency at a CEFR level of B2.
• A minimum of two years' experience in managing HRIS or HR Data Analysis.
• A solid understanding of HR practices (Talent Acquisition/C&B/L&OD/Talent Management).
• Demonstrated logical thinking with the ability to work autonomously.
• Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in flowchart creation tools.
• Fundamental understanding of database concepts.
