Job Description

• Support training organization (Pre – During – Post Training)
• Support BTC-AS projects, training events organized in Vietnam & Region (such as training material designing & delivery, send communication to stakeholders, support and guide visitors, participants...).
• Data maintainance & reporting by frequency (daily, weekly, monthly...)
• Support other admin tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications

• Third/last year student (major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade and Accounting)
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Good communication skill in both oral and written.
• Experience with Microsoft office (primarily Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
• Ability to manage workforce effectively to meet objectives and deadline.
• Have experience with designing is a prefer.
• Analytical skill is a plus
• Responsible & positive mindset, willing to learn and grow.
• Be pro-active, patient and a good listener.
• Be able to quickly adapt in a diversed workforce and under high pressure environment
• Interested in high tech manufacturing environment
• Full time from Mon – Fri
• Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
