Job Description

• 
  Understand the requirements of the customer or business and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent with this;
  
• Lead development team to design software architecture and implement the whole system
• Ensure code quality and development practices are followed in a project team. Be a hands-on role model in that regard to technical team members
  
• Engage in code reviews to ensure code quality as well as share and distribute knowledge
  
• Mentor and provide guidance to software developers in the project teams and company-wide
  
• Lead/participate in company-wide training, knowledge sharing, and R&D initiatives
  
• Stay on top of the process and technological trends and help define & enforce standards/practices within the project teams or company-wide
  
• Participate in pre-sale efforts to build proof of concepts or develop project proposals
  
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
  

Qualifications
General requirements:

• Likely having 7+ years of experience depending on how fast of your learning and developing technical capability
  
• Ability to obtain a deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance
  
• Good problem-solving skills and presentation skills
  
• Familiar with the Agile development methodologies (Scrum)
  
• At least upper- intermediate skill level of English and the ability to present to client’s technical leaders and executive team as well as participating online conferences in English
  

Technical requirements:

• Demonstrate strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core.
  
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Angular
  
• Extended experience with SQL, relational and non-relational databases like Mongo Db, Dynamo Db
  
• Hands on experience in migrating the monolithic application to the microservices application and system performance improvements.
  
• Hand-on experience in Platform as a Service like AWS.
  
• Proficient in designing high availability systems (scalable, resilience recovery, zero downtime deployment, etc.), language paradigms (OO, functional, etc.), design patterns and principles
  
• Performs effectively & independently in software implementation activities (designing, coding, verification, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging…)
  
• Competent in software development processes and agile development practices
  
• Perform exemplary work in terms of quality and level of skill/knowledge required
