Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the quality control team, including training, mentoring, and performance management
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring that findings are addressed and corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner
• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of the quality control process, making recommendations for improvement where necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and customer service, to identify and resolve quality issues
• Develop and implement quality metrics and KPIs, and regularly report on performance to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and ensure that the organization's quality control processes and procedures are in compliance

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or quality management
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a quality assurance role, with a proven track record of success
• At least 2 years experience in relevant position.
• Knowledge of quality control and statistical process control methods
• Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or ISO/IEC 17025 is a plus
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with CMMI is a must
