Job Description

• Collaborate with the Planning team to deliver the production schedule.
• Consolidate the data from the Planning and Production team to update the report daily and weekly
• Collaborate with the Warehouse and Production team to check the status of material inventory.
• Daily Monitor production schedule of Planning team and coordinate with concerning sections in production to solve the issues to make sure the orders are delivered on time as planned.
• Working with the Planning and Production team to support urgent/priority orders for customer requirements as lead time agreement.
• Some other tasks related.

Qualifications

• Proactive at work.
• Hardworking,
• Good analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written, communication skills and detail-oriented,
• Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and function specific software. Especially Excel in advance.
• Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements.
