Description


Your responsibilities:

• You will manage spare part, service orders and small size projects.
  
• You will control the invoicing process together with accounting department and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure proper positive cash flow and review cost situation to comply with budget figures.
  
• You will manage corrective action costs of claim with customer in order to minimize the costs for projects and company.
  
• You will recommend Quality Improvement Process and apply strictly Compliance rules, Chart of Authority and other PM related policies ad table of authority.
  
• You will manage warranty cases and co-ordinate with relevant department to support customer resolve the issue.
  
• You will be making all documentation and technical specifications available to the parties involved and following up on correct compliance.
  
• You will follow up with customer and finance for payment issues, issue payment request to customer or initiate penalty clauses as per the contract.

Your background:

• You hold BA/BE in Electrical Engineering, International Business Management, or Industrial Management.
  
• Hands-on experience in project management and/or power industry advantageous.
  
• Experience in dealing with the cultural diversity of a global business environment is a plus.
  
• Specialized knowledge in Transformers and/or electrical equipment advantageous.
  
• Must be self-motivated with a high level of creativity and organization.
  
• Problem solving skills required, familiar and have practical experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point. Basic knowledge of SAP, PS Module, MS Projects is a plus.
  
• Conflict resolution skills required, ability to read technical drawings and documentation.
  
• Looking for proactive, result-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills as well as reliability and ability to work under pressure
  
• Be a real organizational talent, have an analytical attitude, have good communication skills commercial insight, and negotiation skills.
  
• Proficient in English communication skill.
