Job description

• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support company aims
• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources (e.g., surveys, market research reports, data).
• Using statistical modeling to find patterns and trends
• Understanding and using data analytical tools and research software
• Conducting analysis of historical data to highlight trends
• Presenting data and preparing reports that are accessible to all
• Interpreting data in order to predict, forecast, and implement change
• Making recommendations and developing strategies based on the data
• Monitoring the progress of data-related strategies

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics,
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
• Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred for some positions).
• Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in research and analysis (experience can be adjusted based on specific needs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Experience with statistical software a strong plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
