• Support RFC to prepare registration forms for alcohol, beer, and tobacco businesses, adhering to the formats provided by Legal Dept.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on alcohol, beer, and tobacco business activities to state agencies.
• Maintain a timeline for document processing and response deadlines from state agencies for Legal Dept.
• Prepare quarterly/annual sales reports of alcohol, beer, and tobacco.
• Support RFC to check business premises rental contracts.
• Store contracts according to company policy.
• Prepare and submit data reports as requested by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor's degree inbusiness administration, Management, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience at similar position or a related field;
• Basic knowledge of business operations of convenience store or related positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willingness to work hard in order to progress;
• Problem-Solving and Multitasking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) and data reporting tools.
