1. Oversee daily operations of the logistics facilities, ensuring efficient pick-up and delivery processes for customers.
2. Manage facility operational processes in terms its performance, compliance & optimizing its processes.
3. Manage a team of staffs and ICs, providing guidance and training to enhance productivity and service quality.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sortation, Transportation, Operation Excellence, Resource Sourcing ..., to streamline end-to-end logistics operations.
5. Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on customer service.
6. Monitor KPIs, such as on-time delivery rates, to evaluate team performance and drive continuous improvement.
7. Tactical planning in terms of resources (manpower, equipment, space, etc) in line with fluctuation of daily/weekly/monthly volume.
8. Analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cost.
9. Establish & keeping track daily/weekly/monthly facility performance report in terms of its services, productivity, efficiency & cost.
10. Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards in the hub's multifunctional operations
11. Working closely with Facility Manager on matters related to facility operations.

1. Diploma graduation at least College or higher; Logistics and Engineering majors are preferred.
2. At least 3 years of work experience
3. Experience in warehouse, logistic, freight forwarding or related field is a plus, at least 1-year experience Leader/Supervisor role.
4. Hard working person with integrity;responsibility, positive thinking.
5. Good communication, ability to think critically and solve problems.
6. Have data analysis skills, proficient in MS Office, OMS, WMS, TMS,... are preferred.
7. English level: Intermediate.
8. Able to work in shift.
