Job Descriptions:
  • Input orders into production database
  • Manage sales report for all sales
  • Manage stock inventory for new product
  • Prepare shipping documents for daily shipment
  • Email correspondence with clients and internal
  • Assist in new product creation for the website
  • Assist in sales for the Bali shop
Requirements :
  • Proven admin experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritized work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Lives in Bali
