Assistant Manager - Creative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Assistant Manager - Creative to support our creative team in executing impactful campaigns and delivering high-quality design solutions. This role requires a balance of creative vision, leadership skills, and organizational capabilities to ensure that all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in conceptualizing and executing creative projects, including branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
· Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to develop creative solutions that meet business goals.
· Monitor project progress and address any challenges to ensure deadlines are met.
· Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
· Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and integrate fresh ideas into creative strategies.
· Support the Creative Manager in mentoring and guiding team members.
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
· Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a creative role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.) and familiarity with project management software.
· Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Other: A keen eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
