Automotive Retail Store Manager

- Develop budgets and annual work plans in line with the company's strategic business objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, vehicle sales, and after-sales service.
- Improve the management of the 4S store, establish job responsibilities and goals, continuously improve business processes, and effectively supervise and guide the business operations.
- Maintain company-client and manufacturer relationships, enhance the company's brand image, and be responsible for the company's operational safety.
- Build the talent team of the affiliated company, and through corporate culture construction, enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of management and staff.
- Familiar with all aspects and operational processes of car sales and after-sales services; experienced in the construction and management of car 4S retail stores, with over 3 years of work experience as a General Manager in a 4S retail store;
- Strong in planning, decision-making, analysis, judgment, organization, communication, coordination, management, and public relations skills;
- Language requirements: English should be used as a working language, and proficiency in Chinese is preferred;
- Willingness to accept short-term overseas business trips.
