This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Legal at PT Hino Finance Indonesia. The Corporate Legal will be responsible for ensure the company's business activities are in compliance with the policies of the Financial Services Authority Regulations and create/review the Company's Cooperation Agreement with its business partners. The role is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree of Law
  • Experienced as Corporate Legal for approximately 3 years in a Financial Company
  • Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulation, especially in Financial Company
  • Knowledge of corporate law
  • Knowledge of legal contract review & drafting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English

PT Hino Finance Indonesia ("HFI/Company") was established based on a joint venture agreement between Hino Motors Ltd., PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk., and Summit Global Auto Management B.V. (part of Sumitomo Corporation) in accordance with the Deed of Establishment dated July 11, 2014. HFI is a captive financing company for commercial trucks, especially for the Hino brand, which is here to support the sales of Hino products in Indonesia through financing solutions such as, finance leases, sale and leaseback, and other products according to the company's articles of association, which are tailored to customer needs.
